Erthos, Inc. (“Erthos”, “we” or “us”) is the sponsor and owner of this website. We respect your on-line privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide to us when you visit the Erthos website or contact us directly. This Policy also summarizes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, or disclosing that information.

Please read this Privacy Policy to understand our policies and practices. If you do not agree with those disclosed polies and/or practices, your choice is to use or not use the Erthos website. By accessing and using the website you agree to this Privacy Policy. The Policy may change from time to time (see “Changes” below), and your continued use of the Erthos website after such change(s) shall be conclusively deemed to be acceptance of those changes.

Information Gathered and Disclosed

We collect and retain information that you voluntarily provide when you fill out contact web forms, request products or services, apply for an employment position, or otherwise communicate with us. This information may include your name, company affiliation, address, phone number(s), and email address. We will not share such information with external third parties, but we will share such information with internal Erthos departments who have a need to know i.e. HR, Marketing, Energy Services etc.).

Erthos may also periodically conduct surveys, useability studies, and other programs that help Erthos improve and promote its products and services, using initial data provided from the contact web forms. Your voluntary participation in such communications may include additional demographic information such as age, gender, geographical location, and product or service interests. Such responses may be aggregated and anonymized in order to inform Erthos planning.

Erthos does not use “cookies” to track or recognize your computer browser. However, the Erthos website server automatically records visitor information based on your website activity, such as IP address and domain name. Erthos may use information about your user behavior on our website to improve the performance of the site experience.

Erthos will not share or re-direct your website communications to any third-party sponsors or providers. However, Erthos will provide site button access to a third-party pressroom service (“Prowly”), and a Linked-In profile of company leaders.

If you communicate directly with Erthos by email, phone, facsimile, or letter, Erthos may collect and store a record of your communications, and may use your personal identifying information to respond.

Erthos reserves the right to share your information with non-affiliated third parties in the event of a company merger, acquisition, sale, or law enforcement investigation or proceeding, including search warrants, subpoenas, or other court orders.

Children

The Erthos website is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly allow children under 18 years of age to register with or provide personal information to us.

Security

Erthos has put in place standard commercially available web security features to prevent the loss of or unauthorized access of your personal information. We train our employees in the proper handling of personal information. While we use our best efforts to do so, we cannot and do not guarantee the security of information transmitted over the Internet. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please immediately notify us by alternate means, or via the email account listed below.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request certain information regarding the disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Your rights do not include or extend to access to or receipt of any internal Erthos studies of website performance

We may update or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to comply with the law or meet changing business requirements, without notice to you. Any updates or amendments will be posted on the Erthos website. By continuing to access and use the Erthos website, you agree to be bound by those updates and amendments.
